DYLAN spells what the modern woman wants --
Class, Elegance and Timelessness
Revamp your work wardrobe with “No
More Monday Blues”.
This collection started out when the designer was tired of the dreary,
boring work gear available in the country.
Imagine heading to office on Monday in low spirits, why not wear something
pretty to have the endorphine rush in you as you start fresh for work?
The designer combines textures, patterns and rich hues on dresses to
illustrate how looking good can translate to feeling good.
Drawing inspiration from the 50s & 60s and fashion icons like Audrey
Hepburn and Grace Kelly, understated glamour and feminity are blended subtly
into these dresses.
Classic silhouettes intersperse with mother of pearl buttons and lace.
Clever placements of darts and sharp tailoring makes dressing up for the
board room no longer a chore.
A brush stroke of whimsy adorns the qipaos in “In
The Mood for Love”.
Inspired by the charm of Maggie Cheung in this Wong Kar-Wai directed movie,
the designer decides to name this collection after it.
Tired of the traditional cheongsam only being worn on occasions like
weddings and Chinese New Year, the designer decides to bring the perennial frock
back to life by adding quirky details like ruffles, pockets, buttons and
experimenting different hemlines.
An eclectic collection that is inspired by contemporary wear never ditches
the classic mandarin collar.
“Get
Carrie-d away” is a collection of pretty dresses suitable for
the weekends or simply on days when one just wants to doll up.
This range is inspired by Carrie Bradshaw, a fashionista icon from
Sex and the City.
Her love for beautiful vintage inspired prints, unique, kitschy designs and
irresistable colour combinations is inherent in this collection.
Believing
in being exquisite and unique is what clients are drawn to at DYLAN.
Knowing that the dresses they wear are not going to be made more than twice
makes them feel special.
What's more is that there would no more woes about not fitting into
anything in the dressing room as each dress will be a special made to measure at
no extra cost.
Being able to mix and match different designs and fabrics imported from
Japan and Europe breathes a new life into shopping at DYLAN.
