1. Ordering Online
Go to " Boutique" , click on any dress you fancy, select size
and quantity you want, click "Add to cart".
Click on " View cart" anytime to see your purchases, if you should wish to continue shopping, click on " Continue shopping" if not you may" Check out " the items.
It will lead you to a page where you
need to fill up your particulars, and
after that a confirmed shopping list
will appear on your screen, once you
click "submit", an automatic email will
be sent to you to verify that your order
has been received, and once your order
is processed, an email will be sent to
you on payment and delivery details.
Items are held for 3 business days and
are shipped after your payment has been
received and cleared.

Our clothes come in S , M, L.
Taking Your Measurements
Remember to keep your tape
measure level as you measure. To achieve an accurate
measurement, make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the
fullest part of the bust.
Bust : Measure
under your arms around the fullest part of your bust.
Natural Waist :
Measure around your natural waistline — this is the slimmest
part of your torso, usually around the level of your belly
button.
Hips : With your
feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips,
around your buttocks.

3. Payment Options
We are pleased to provide the below

A) By Bank Transfer
We can also accept payments via
bank transfer to our DBS savings plus 005-5-076948 Please drop
us a mail via Contact Us once
payment is made stating the transaction reference, your name,
contact and item purchased.
B) Credit Card
We provide secure credit card
payment via PayPal so you may make your purchases with
confidence. It’s fast, easy, and you don't even need a PayPal
account - just a valid email address. For Credit card payment,
please specify if you want to pay in Singapore dollars or US
dollars during payment process.

4. Shipping
Orders take 3 business days from
payment to be processed and packed for shipping and delivered to
the post office. Please be kind and patient during festive
seasons when we are swamped with orders or when shipment
delivery is delayed.
Once an order package has been
delivered to the postal carrier, the item becomes that carrier's
responsibility and we are no longer liable.
We are not responsible for postal
transit times, which are provided by the carrier, and may vary
with package origin and destination, especially during peak
periods. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in the
postal process. There is no refunds or replacements should the
order be damaged or lost during transit.

5. Delivery in Singapore

Delivery charges are based on
package weight and size, as well as manpower and packaging
costs. Delivery charge is absorbed by us if you purchase 2
or more items.

Items are sent by regular
SingPost mail, and take approximately 1 – 2 business days to
reach you from the time the package is sent.

Registered Mail - this can be
arranged at an extra charge of S$2.25. Please include your
request in your order. Registered mail gives you a tracking
number, and takes 1 – 2 more business days than regular
mail. Do note that someone will need to sign for the package
upon delivery.

6. Alterations
We understand that our bodies are unique and thus some
alteration is needed here and there. Alteration is absorbed by

7. Returns and Refunds
It’s important to us that you
love your buys. Please do not hesitate to Contact us if you
encounter any problems, we would love to hear you out. Please
read the below carefully before proceeding.
We do not accept exchange of
goods unless the sizes are wrong(subject to availability—bear in
mind goods are limited) or the garment is truly defected on our
part.

All returned/ exchanged
item(s) must be returned in original condition together with
the original receipt: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and
undamaged with all labels and tags still intact.

When trying on items of
clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup/
perfume/ deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the
item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item
where there is evidence that these instructions have not
been followed.

Singapore Buyers — exchanges/
returns within 7 calendar days of shipment date subject to
the conditions stated here are accepted.

International buyers — Please
contact us within 7 calendar days should you require an
exchange.

Please note that we do not
reimburse shipping costs on exchanged or returned
merchandise, and any incurred shipping charges, such as
overnight or express, are non-refundable.

Dylan has the right to refuse
return of goods that do not meet our return policy
requirements.

Please note that for
returning merchandise, we cannot be responsible for lost
packages. We cannot stress how important it is to send your
package via a shipping method that has adequate tracking
capability. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost
or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches
us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the
parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the
value of the goods.
Once we receive the item(s) in
the conditions above, we will issue you an exchange, refund or
store credit (your choice). In the event that an item you wish
to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund or
store credit . Store credit must be used within 30 calendar days
of issue.
At Dylan, we are stringent about
the quality of our products. Stored credits or item exchanges of
equivalent or higher value will be subjected to situations when
if and only if the garment was truly defected on our part.
Stored credits or item exchanges (due to garment defects) will
be done only on a case by case basis.

8. How to Exchange/ Return
Contact Us with your name &
address, invoice number, details of the product and your reason
for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the
return and item replacement. Please notify us and wait for our
approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us.
