This lovely dress looks like it was handmade or custom made for someone.
It’s made from lightweight polyester with pale peach lining and matching sheer chiffon for the bib part.
The fabric has peach, orange, yellow, cream flowers with sage green and light brown leaves.
The buttons on the front are also made from the same fabric.
Zips up the back with button closure behind neck.
It’s made well but not completely professional.
The ruffle part needs to be restitched in.
Dry cleaning recommended.
It would be so pretty for a homecoming/fall dance or Indian summer party.
It reminds me of something one of the Lisbon girls from the virgin suicides (book by jeffrey eugenides) would have worn to the school dance.
