Here is a fantastically original vintage maxi wiggle dress! The fabric is just lovely with red roses with gold shiny leaves scattered all over a black background. It has spaghetti straps and is fully lined. In the back there is a darling bustle! How cool is that?! It is a black taffeta-like fabric. The dress fits snugly all the way to the bottom of the first bustle and then the black part opens up so you can easily walk and move around. This is an excellent dress for just the right occasion!
