This is an iconic 80s era vintage sundress, by designer Victor Costa. The Costa label is still intact.
Garment is made of cotton and is fully lined, including the perky ruffled tiers on the lower skirt. This dress has one-shoulder strap which is covered with like fabric appliqué flowers. The bodice has structured vertical shaping darts with boning for maintaining shape. Dress closes with a full backside zipper. Garment is meant to fit tight in the bodice, leaving the lower hip area free beneath the two tiers. Each tier is finished with black grosgrain ribbon trim and has a stiffening net on the backside lining.
This wonderful sundress has been worn but is in excellent condition. Dry clean only is recommended for care.
